Sandler calls this one of his proudest songs, and it’s easy to see why. It’s a tale of forbidden romantic entanglements that feels like a soul searching for meaning. There’s a brooding swelter and simmer to the song that suits every instrument’s distinct voice. The guitars are so seductive you can feel the notes beckoning for a deeper listen. Darro Sandler’s standout drumming is inspired by XTC's "Another Satellite." Jacob Sandler’s piano delicately trades ethereal solos. There’s a downcast, smokey atmosphere that feels adjacent to occult rock and Leonard Cohen’s most somber compositions. It remains my favorite track on the album, and I want it played at my wedding. – Sean Frasier, President Wise Blood Records & Staff Writer Decibel Magazine

“Patria,” starts with a clean channel guitar that will make any tone enthusiasts drool. The lyrics, vocals and arrangement work in sympatico, painting a picture of yearning desire. – Bryan Blake, Vinyl Lollipops
