Cooper Greenberg is a guitarist and singer-songwriter based out of San Antonio and Austin, Texas. Influenced by a wide array of artists including Townes Van Zandt, Jeff Tweedy, Elvis Costello, Radiohead, Sturgill Simpson, and more, his writing style combines intricate, guitar-driven melodies with personal, storytelling lyrics.
I really believe in this record, I think it has a unique combination of vintage-inspired and experimental tones. On tracks like “Silverbelly,” “Today is the Last Day,” “Topanga” and “Sind Sie Bereit,” I think the guitar solos are some of my best written parts. I’m hoping to get this music out to a larger audience beyond Texas.
